The Southernmost on the Beach is an ideal setting for couples, and easily accessible to the southernmost point in the continental US and Duval Street.

Be aware that the long end of the hotel points towards the beach, and there are only a few rooms that have a direct ocean view. It is best to save a few in this instance and get a non-ocean view room as you will get a distant ocean view from almost any balcony.

The beach, like all hotel owned beaches, is small. But you will love the clean, modern decor and new renovations. The return rate is high.

The Southernmost On The Beach is managed by the same company as the nearby Southernmost Hotel and the La Mer and Dewey Bed and Breakfasts.

Be aware that a room overlooking the Atlantic Resort may get a fleeting glimpse of the clothing-optional tanning area.

We loved this place. Rooms were newly renovated & clean. It is in a quiet area, with a beach, ocean view, pier with beach chairs (viewed sunrise)& friendly people. We walked to Mallory Square where you can see the sunset. Took a guided Trolley tour - the Trolley stand is across the street. Concierge has get all tickets - great guy. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location. Can walk up Duval to Mallory Square. Great accommodations - rooms, pool access. Beach is man made as the others. Tiki Bars close at 10:00. Same for pools. Parking is very limited.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. With all of the choices available for accommodation in Key West this is a great spot. It is quiet, yet you can walk to just about anywhere from here. There was never more than 5 people in the pool when we stayed. With a small beach right next door. The rooms were spacious and the grounds were very clean. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The pictures on the web don't do it justice. Great staff. We would recommend this place to our closest friends.
