As a hotel reviewer, there is sometimes a message in a hotelier that makes themselves very scarce.

One look at the customer reviews below will tell you why.

You can stand with a slingshot in front of the Best Western Hibiscus and hit the Blue Marlin (not in system), the Wyndham reach (link), the Casa Marina (link), and the Atlantic Shores Resort (link).

A bow and arrow will snare you the Westwinds Inn (link), the La Mer and Dewey House (link), or the Southernmost (link).

For budget accommodations, go with the Days Inn (link), and get a room in the back away from Roosevelt Blvd.

The best budget place to stay that is on this end of Duval is the Atlantic Shores Resort (link).

This was our second time to Key West and we made a big mistake going here. NOT walking distance to Duval St., the room was horrible, the A/C blew directly on the bed, the room was very smelly. There are so many better places to stay on the Key.

This is one of the worst, and most expensive hotels we've stayed in. The rooms were very smelly and dirty. The Air Conditioner/Heater blew directly on the beds. It was SO bad we had to change rooms and the second room wasn't much better. Can't walk to anywhere from this hotel. The pool and grounds were exceptional, but we will never stay here nor recommend this place. There are too many better options elsewhere.

the mattresses were too hard. The Tiki hut by the pool is cool. The pool was the bomb awesome surroundings. Best stay we've ever had in Florida

We've stayed here twice. If you're looking for an economical yet quality room, this is a good choice. Rooms are what you'd expect, and the continental breakfast is excellent. Walking distance (!) to airport. Away from hustle of old town. Great pool and tiki bar. Staff always accommodating.
